Through these relationships, IDS has developed an unprecedented depth of experience with most major data center infrastructure products from vendors such as Quantum, Dell EMC, NetApp, IBM, Oracle, RedHat, Microsoft, Pure, Nimble, Avere, Panzura, Riverbed and Veritas.

In many cases, we are the only engineers able to physically interact with the systems we administer and therefore are responsible for all software and hardware troubleshooting, analysis and problem resolution.
